The team was tasked to explore and understand the daily challenges and hurdles of high BMI consumer in daily hygiene and cleaning activities. This is a consumer research project with the implementation of various research methods - literature review, expert interviews, in-home observation, thematic analysis, etc.

initial Objectives

1. Explore the mobility challenges in daily chores and hygiene activities of the high BMI population.

2. Create strategies for P&G current cleaning products to meet overlooked high BMI consumer needs.

Project Outcome

Instead, we observed the everyday struggles of this socially stigmatized group and their life experience existing in a world that isn't built for them.
